Dr. Layman is the only chiropractic physician in Salem who is trained and credentialed in all three components of Active Release Soft Tissue Techniques. This is a post graduate program that is directed at treating all soft tissue components of injuries of the spine, and upper and lower extremities. Dr. Layman has passed rigorous testing procedures directed at relieving soft tissue pain utilizing active release protocols. Dr. Layman has been invited to treat the Iron Man athletes at Kona, Hawaii, and the collegiate athletes at the NCAA Track and Field Championships in Sacramento in 2008.
